(b) NO CHARGEBACKS You agree not to initiate any chargebacks or disputes with your payment provider concerning your purchase. If you do so, you agree to reimburse With Grace and Gold for any costs incurred in resolving the dispute.

(b) YOUR RESPONSIBILITY Your results depend on various factors, including but not limited to your skills, effort, experience, and dedication. With Grace and Gold is not responsible for your success or lack thereof and makes no representations or warranties regarding potential results.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

(a) OWNERSHIP All materials provided through our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, templates, and other content, are owned by With Grace and Gold or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

(b) LIMITED LICENSE Upon purchase, With Grace and Gold grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, publish, or sell any materials without prior written consent.

6. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to:

(a) GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

(b) DISPUTE RESOLUTION Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

With Grace and Gold reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
